The 29-year-old sales representative from Brisbane was eliminated from the competition earlier this week. He started the show as the heaviest contestant in international Biggest Loser history.
Preuss said that he couldn't help but feel let down by his fellow housemates for unanimously voting him out, especially after he offered to put himself up for elimination over Luke Stephens, who actually got the lowest body percentage weight loss.
He said in his official exit interview: "I'll be honest; I felt towards the end of my time there that I was the outcast of the group.
"I think that's possibly because everyone else was opening up and sharing stuff about themselves, and I don't do that even with my friends and family. I've put up brick walls, so trying to break those down was my challenge."

Preuss revealed that his team members "listed" reasons why he should be put up for elimination over Stephens, saying: "They made it quite clear that I would be going up anyway.
"At the time I just thought, 'Fine', but yes, I was annoyed. [Presenter] Hayley [Lewis] asked if I fell on my sword and yes, I did. Looking back on it there are certain things I wish I'd said then, but that's something I'll say to those people whenever I saw them next."
He also said that he wishes he had "pushed harder" during his time on The Biggest Loser, but insisted that he is now "sticking to the diet and going to the gym five days a week".
