The Vinyl Underground writer and Joe the Barbarian artist's five-issue series will be titled John Constantine: Hellblazer - City of Demons, reports Robot 6.
The miniseries sees Constantine checking out of hospital after being run over by a truck to find London's streets overrun with occult murders.
According to Murphy's DeviantART account, the illustrations will be nearly two years old by the time they are published. "Am I upset?" he wrote. "Yep."
City of Demons will debut on October 13, with the second issue following two weeks later.
