He will join Mark Waid's acclaimed series from issue #12.
"I guess the cat's out of the bag!" Samnee wrote on Twitter.
"I'M DRAWING DAREDEVIL! I'm starting with #12 then alternating arcs with the amazing Paolo Rivera."
Samnee replaces artist Marcos Martin, who was previously sharing art duties on the Marvel Comics series with Rivera up until issue #6.
"I'd like to welcome Chris Samnee to the team, who will be alternating arcs with me on the series," said Rivera on his blog, calling his new collaborator "a pitch-perfect match for the book".
Rivera joked that he had "been a 'Samnee-vore' for some time", adding: "His pencils for issue 12 are phenomenal."
Samnee has also worked on Captain America and the acclaimed all-ages Thor: The Mighty Avenger.
