Before Watchmen has been given a TV commercial by DC Comics.
A rough cut of the clip surfaced over on the Entertainment Weekly website before being circulated by Comic Book Resources.
The trailer is due to air tomorrow (June 5), just one day ahead of when the series commences with the release of Minutemen #1.
"We realised that the books needed to be available as soon as people saw the ad," DC vice president of marketing John Cunningham told Fast Company.
DC's plans to revive Watchmen have been dogged by controversy, with original writer Alan Moore branding the project "completely shameless".

The company's co-publisher Dan DiDio told Digital Spy that he is not concerned by Moore's public condemnation. "I can't worry about the reaction to what he says because I'm more concerned about the reaction to the actual physical product when it gets created," he said.
"I understand what his concerns are, but being in the position I'm in right now, the goal is to create the best books possible and the creation speaks for itself."
Before Watchmen kicks off with Minutemen #1 on June 6.
