'Frankenstein: Agent of S.H.A.D.E.' joins 'Rotworld'

Frankenstein: Agent of S.H.A.D.E. will be part of DC Comics' 'Rotworld' storyline.

The publisher's October solicitations reveal that the title will be drawn into the Swamp Thing/Animal Man crossover.



Matt Kindt, Alberto Ponticelli and Wayne Faucher's series will launch the three-part arc 'Rotworld: Secrets of the Dead'.

Meanwhile, Jeff Lemire's Animal Man will guest-star Justice League Dark, Beast Boy and other heroes and villains in the four-part 'Rotworld: The Red Kingdom'.

Scott Snyder's 'Rotworld: The Green Kingdom' will run for four issues in Swamp Thing with Poison Ivy and Deadman making an appearance.

'Rotworld' charts the invasion of Earth by The Rot, a force of living death that threatens to consume all life.

Lemire was previously writing Frankenstein before his move to Justice League Dark.

Animal Man #13 and Swamp Thing #13 will arrive on October 3 with Frankenstein: Agent of S.H.A.D.E. #13 following on October 10.
