'Dark Knight Rises' mobile game gets second trailer - watch

The Dark Knight Rises mobile game has been given a new trailer.

Gameloft released a second video teaser for the iOS and Android title, showcasing its open-world gameplay and combat.



Based on the forthcoming blockbuster movie of the same name, Dark Knight Rises is expected to feature similar gameplay to Rocksteady Studios' Arkham Asylum and Arkham City titles.

A free-to-play browser game based on the Christopher Nolan-helmed movie, called The Fire Rises, is also in the works.

Christian Bale will reprise his role as the Caped Crusader for a third and final time in The Dark Knight Rises, backed by an ensemble cast that includes Tom Hardy and Anne Hathaway.

The Dark Knight Rises will be released via the App Store on Google Play on July 20 to coincide with the film's arrival at cinemas.
