Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock has been given a new trailer by BBC Worldwide.
The latest video showcases the game's Unreal Engine 3 technology, and features splitscreen gameplay footage.
In addition to the splitscreen mode, BBC Worldwide also revealed that the game will feature 3D camera support and will be the first PlayStation Vita title to use Epic's Unreal Engine.
Announced last year, Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock will be the first in a new series of Doctor Who video games, with two more console titles planned for release later this year.
Featuring Matt Smith's Doctor and Alex Kingston's River Song, the game allows players to control the pair as they travel across time and space to save the Earth.
It will feature classic enemies such as Cybermen, Daleks, Silurians and The Silence.
The upcoming SuperMassive Games title releases on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita this March, before a PC version is launched at a later date.
Doctor Who is among the BBC's most valuable brands, helping Worldwide generate revenue of £1.16 billion in the 12 months to March 31, 2011, delivering a record profit of £160.2m, up 10.3% year-on-year.
