A new deal with DHX Media, formerly Cookie Jar Entertainment, gives LoveFilm access to around 2,000 premium kids' TV shows for streaming on the LoveFilm Instant service.
Under the subscription video on demand (SVOD) agreement, LoveFllm members will be able to stream children's TV programmes, such as Inspector Gadget, Dennis the Menace and Paddington Bear, along with Mona the Vampire and Sonic the Hedgehog, online or on connected devices.
DHX Media Ltd owns, markets and distributes over 8,500 half-hours of children's entertainment content, as well as providing programming for Cookie Jar TV, the weekend morning block on US broadcaster CBS.
"DHX Media has created some of the best children's TV of recent years and we are pleased to bring their great content to our service," said Jim Buckle, the managing director at LoveFilm.
DHX Media chief executive Michael Donovan added: "We are delighted to offer LoveFilm members access to our award-winning kids' programmes.
"Just like LoveFilm we are market leaders and DHX Media's shows already air on some of the top European broadcast destinations, so this is a natural partnership."
