Breaking Dawn - Part 1 gets its UK premiere today (November 16) at London's Westfield Stratford. Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner and director Bill Condon will be on-hand to greet fans, who have queued for hours to get a glimpse of the stars of The Twilight Saga.
