The Dark Knight Rises will see Christopher Nolan and Christian Bale bring to a close their Batman trilogy, with Gotham's hero facing off against villain Bane.
Tom Hardy, Anne Hathaway, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman, Marion Cotillard and Joseph Gordon-Levitt co-star in the comic book movie, which debuts in cinemas on July 20, 2012.
