'The Hunger Games': Jennifer Lawrence fights to win in two TV spots

The Hunger Games has debuted two new TV spots.
One spot highlights heroine Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) and her relationship with her younger sister.

The second clip sees Katniss preparing for the deadly competition.
The film features an ensemble cast including Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Lenny Kravitz, Wes Bentley, Toby Jones, Alexander Ludwig, Isabelle Fuhrman, Amandla Stenberg, Stanley Tucci and Donald Sutherland.
It is set in a dystopian future in which the twelve districts of America are forced to give up a teenage girl and boy each to compete in capital Panem's nationally televised battle to the death.

Banks recently spoke about the "difficult" filming environment on the Hunger Games shoot.

The Hunger Games opens in cinemas in the US and the UK on March 23.
