The photo, as revealed by Entertainment Weekly on their Facebook page, shows Edward (Robert Pattinson) and the newly-vampiric Bella (Kristen Stewart) with their daughter Renesmee (Mackenzie Foy).
The half-human, half-vampire Renesmee was born at the climax of Twilight: Breaking Dawn - Part 1, following an accelerated and dangerous pregnancy that ultimately killed Bella.
The fifth and final instalment in the series will centre on Bella's adjustment to her new life as a vampire, and the couple's efforts to protect their child from vampire coven the Volturi.
Pattinson recently admitted that he feels he has "run out of creative steam" with the role of Edward.
