The group, who will represent Britain at the song contest on May 14 in Dusseldorf, premiered the official clip on YouTube earlier today.
The promo sees the reformed band perform in front of black and white backdrops, before being showered by rain.
It was recently reported that member Simon Webbe injured his back during the shoot, forcing a period of filming to be cut short.
