The singer will play 25 shows across the US from August 28, following her two UK dates in London on July 17 and Edinburgh on July 21.
Speaking to The Sun, the star joked that she hopes someone will flip the finger during one of her concerts, following the controversy caused by MIA at last month's Super Bowl performance.
Madonna said: "Oh God, I hope somebody is going to give the middle finger at my show. It probably won't be me because I've done it too many times.
"I hope I have some ideas. The creative well is dry but I just started rehearsals last week and mostly I have been focusing on music.
"I do have ideas and I have a lot of work ahead of me. I'm incredibly anxiety-ridden about it."
Madonna's upcoming world tour will be in support of her 12th studio album MDNA, which will be released on March 26.
