The band will play at London's The Garage on Monday, June 25, the release date of their latest album Static on the Airwaves.
Static on the Airwaves is the band's tenth studio album and will be the follow-up to 2008's Letters from the Underground.
Tickets for the special gig are available through HMV Tickets.
Levellers will embark on two UK tours later this year, with an acoustic tour of six venues kicking off in September.
They will then play 11 dates for a full band tour in November, taking in cities including Bristol, Liverpool and Manchester.
The group will also feature as part of the BT London Live music festival at Hyde Park in July and August.
