The singer-songwriter stated that he hopes to release a new album with the band in 2013, to be followed by a new tour.
When asked how he could "top" the current number one success of his Diamond Jubilee track 'Sing', he told BBC Radio 1: "Well you know what, I always get to this point and go 'well nothing's going to top that', and then something else comes along. But I've gotta say, it's going to take something very special to top that one."
On whether there would be a new Take That album, he replied: "Well I hope so, next year I hope, yeah."
Speaking about the possibility of a stadium tour, he added: "Absolutely, definitely yeah. Oh yes. I can promise you that."
Barlow has previously stated that Take That's members are "looking forward" to recording a new album.
Take That - with Robbie Williams - will reportedly perform at the closing ceremony of the London Olympics alongside George Michael and The Who.
