Adele's hit 'Rolling In The Deep' heads the list, while 'Set Fire To The Rain' is at three and 'Someone Like You' at five.
Maroon 5's 'Moves Like Jagger' claimed second place, while Jessie J's 'Price Tag' landed at number four, reports Music Week.
Meanwhile, Adele also leads PPL's first ever artists chart, leaving Lady GaGa in second place.
Rihanna is at three, Take That at four and Bruno Mars rounds off the top five in fifth place, ahead of Coldplay at six and Katy Perry at seven.
Jessie J came eighth, Olly Murs is at nine, while David Guetta rounds off the top ten.
PPL is a company which licenses recorded music played in public or broadcast and then distributes the licence fees to its performer and rights holder members.
