Madonna flashes bum at Rome concert - video

Madonna has once again surprised fans by flashing her bum during a show in Italy.

The 'Girl Gone Wild' singer is currently on a world tour promoting her new album MDNA.

While singing her hit track 'Human Nature' at Rome's Stadio Olimpico on Tuesday, Madonna removed her pants to show her lace thong and backside.

Known for her controversial tour moments, the singer has sparked some criticism after recent incidents of criticising French politician Marine Le Pen and allegedly taking jabs at Lady GaGa.

She also recently exposed her breast during a gig in Turkey.

The 53-year-old performer's 'MDNA' tour continues its European leg through to August.
