Pitbull, Shakira confirm new single 'Get It Started' release - listen

Pitbull and Shakira have confirmed the release of their collaboration 'Get It Started'.

The track, which appeared online earlier this month, will be available to download from August 26.

The song follows up Pitbull's 'Back In Time', which served as the theme song to the Men in Black 3 movie. His new album Global Warming follows later this year.

'Get It Started' also marks Shakira's first UK release since 2010's World Cup single 'Waka Waka'.

Pitbull was recently the victim of an online prank after Facebook users were asked to choose the location of his next Walmart gig, with a remote outlet in Alaska being the winner.
