The Roc Nation singer's latest track 'How We Do (Party)' debuted at the top after selling over 100,000 copies during its first week of release.
"I can't believe I'm the first artist this year to have three number one singles in a row!" Ora told OfficialCharts.com.
"It's really inspiring, I really appreciate all the support I've been getting from my fans and the media. This is already the best year ever!"

Fellow Olympics act Elbow climb a huge 121 places to number four with 'One Day Like This', while Calvin Harris and Example complete the top five with 'We'll Be Coming Back'.
A total of 30 closing ceremony tracks feature in the top 200, with George Michael's 'White Light' at number 15 and Ed Sheeran's Pink Floyd cover 'Wish You Were Here' at number 34.
Other new entries in the Top 10 include Trey Songz, who scored his highest-charting single to date with 'Simply Amazing' at eight, and Porter Robinson, who debuts at nine with 'Language'.
