Misha B was voted out of the 2011 X Factor at the semi-final stage.
She was later linked to a role in a stage production of The Bodyguard, while Cheryl Cole was said to want a duet with her.
After her exit Misha B told Digital Spy that people could "totally" expect an album from her.
She added at the time: "I'm just going to continue to go on, keep performing, making music and hopefully be a success."
