In celebration of the singing contest's past alumni, Digital Spy has compiled a playlist of hits and misses to come out of the show.
From Leona Lewis's global smash 'Bleeding Love' to G4's cover of 'Somebody To Love' and One Direction's teen smash 'What Makes You Beautiful' to Chico's novelty hit 'It's Chico Time', we raise a toast to The X Factor's diversity.
The only rule for our playlist is that the songs had to be released at the time of compiling, so don't worry Little Mix and Amelia Lily fans, they'll be sure to make next year's list.
