However, the buyer must rescue it from the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico seabed.
Boat owner Jack Roberts put the boat on sale after it capsized roughly two miles from shore in the Destin Bridge rubble reef.
He is attempting to sell the boat to avoid a $2,400 (£1,537) salvage fee.
Roberts told NWF Daily News: "The Coast Guard said if the boat doesn't come out of the water, they're going to charge me with a crime. And somebody can sue me if they hit the boat."
Also on board the ship is $2,000 (£1,281) worth of fishing gear and $800 (£512) cash, both of which are included in the sale of the ship.
The ad has received some interest and the coast guard is researching the ship's exact co-ordinates.
Currently, the boat remains unsold and still at the bottom of the sea.
