Tia Mowry expecting first child

Tia Mowry has announced that she and husband Cory Hardrict are expecting their first child.

The former Sister, Sister star is "excited" about parenthood as the couple have been trying to get pregnant for a while, reports US Weekly.

"We are both so excited to be parents," the pair said in a statement.

"We have been wanting this a long time!"

Mowry's rep confirmed to the publication that the actress is due on July 3.
