The Jackass stuntman suffered several injuries and was rushed to a nearby medical centre when he took a tumble during a race with his neighbour.
"I tackled my neighbour and fell down the stairs horsing around," he told TMZ.
Margera later took to Twitter to reveal that he had been released from hospital after meeting with his doctors.
The Viva La Bam star recently mourned the passing of his friend and castmate Ryan Dunn, who was killed in a drink driving accident in June.
Margera said that being told of Dunn's death was "the worst news [he'd] ever heard in [his] life".
