'Batman Live!' show launches in London

Alex Reid, Chantelle Houghton, Keith Lemon and Lizzy Cundy were among the guests at the opening night of Batman Live! at London's O2 Arena.

The world tour premiered at Manchester's MEN Arena earlier this year. With its £12 million budget, a script penned by Alan Burnett and the previously-unveiled custom-built Batmobile, the show was well received by fans and critics alike.

Celebrity Big Brother winners Reid and Houghton, who have been dating for four months, posed together at the event, also attended by Fiona Phillips, Jamelia and Jeff Brazier, among others.

Batman Live! runs at the O2 Arena until September 4. From there, it will take in performances in Liverpool, Nottingham, Dublin and Belfast.
