Alessandra Ambrosio 'hid pregnancy before Victoria's Secret show'

Alessandra Ambrosio has said that she hid her pregnancy prior to the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

The model revealed in December that she was expecting her second child with fiancé Jamie Mazur.

Ambrosio, who was pregnant at the time of November's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, confessed that she did not tell anyone she was expecting until after the event had taken place.

"When I first found out I was pregnant I thought, 'Oh my gosh I don't think I'm going to be able to walk on the show,' and I didn't tell anybody so no-one knew at the show that I was pregnant," Ambrosio told Us Weekly.

"A week before, I told my booker I don't think I'm going to be able to fit into the clothes because I gained a few pounds already, but we were just quiet," she added. "I cut all the sugars and sweets ten days before and I got my trainer - the one I usually get - and we were doing lots of glutes and arms and back exercises."

The model has described the pregnancy as a true blessing, saying that she can't wait to add to her family.
