Romijn revealed to Fitness magazine that she has been approached several times to strip for the publication, but has always turned Hugh Hefner down.
"I don't want to diss the magazine or the beautiful women in it - some of whom are my friends - but I would never do it," the actress said.
She went on to admit that becoming a mother also soured any thought of baring all for Playboy
"Now that I'm a mum of two girls, I definitely would never go that route. Maybe it's the turtleneck and long johns-wearing girl in me who likes to be covered up, but I'll always say no," Romijn said.
Romijn co-stars with Thandie Newton and Gabrielle Union in director Tyler Perry's film Good Deeds, opening on February 24 in US cinemas.
