The reality star, who announced in November that she is expecting her second child, sparked speculation that she had gone into labour after posting a message on Twitter yesterday.
Uploading a photograph of some takeaway food, Kardashian wrote: "Chick-fil-A and a water birth. No big deal."
However, she has now clarified the message in a second post on her Twitter page.
"Witnessed a water birth last night with Khloe Kardashian," she wrote. "What an experience! All I can say is WOW!"
It recently emerged that Oprah Winfrey will interview the Kardashian family for a special on OWN.
