Dennis Rodman has been accused of physically attacking his ex-wife Michelle Rodman.
Michelle appeared in an Orange County, CA court on Thursday (June 21) to seek a restraining order against Dennis over an apparent incident that took place at her home on May 28.
Dennis is alleged to have entered Michelle's home in the early morning hours and attacked his ex-wife when she refused him access to their young son, reports TMZ.
The NBA star eventually left, only to return hours later when he reportedly demanded to take their son out for breakfast. Michelle claims that she agreed on the condition that she came as well.
Michelle's legal documents allege that Rodman drank several alcoholic beverages at the breakfast and insulted her boyfriend in front of the former couple's son.
She was granted a temporary restraining order following the incident, but is now seeking to make it permanent.
The former Chicago Bulls power forward's lawyer has denied these accusations and insisted that Dennis is "not a violent person".
Dennis was sentenced to 104 hours of community service in May for refusing to pay more than $808,935 (£517,600) in back child support.
