The 'Beat Of My Drum' singer then posted pictures of the bandmates downing tequila mixers together, with the caption "PATRON".
Cole, who turned 29 on Saturday, later shared a picture of a table decked out with balloons, surrounded by party-goers wearing masks of her face.
She tweeted: "Erm… few questions!! Who am I? Where am I?? Why am I?? What am I?"
