The 26-year-old 'Bad Romance' singer, who recently caused controversy by smoking marijuana on stage in Amsterdam, can be seen stripped and sitting crossed-legged while smoking a cigarette in the black-and-white snap taken by fashion photographer Terry Richardson.
GaGa, who recently shaved her head in tribute to Richardson's late mother, added the caption: "Lady Gaga Unretouched #2."
The star has also responded to recent weight criticism with a message on the website which reads: "To all the girls that think you're ugly because you're not a size 0, you're the beautiful one. It's society who's ugly.
"Thank[s] to my fans who love me no matter what, and know the meaning of real beauty&compassion. I really love you."
