The 'Radio' singer appeared at the National Television Awards earlier this week supported by a crutch.
"I'm trying my best to look elegant on my stick," she told The Daily Telegraph. "Standing up for too long is a problem at the moment."
She explained: "I had bone correction about five weeks ago. I had an operation years ago and it needed to be corrected, but I'm all right now. I am balanced again."
The 32-year-old added that she would "love" to continue her Strictly Come Dancing judging role.
