Revolution will be co-hosted by Wyatt's fellow Got to Dance judge Adam Garcia when it launches at the Theatre Royal, Haymarket.
The show - from London-based Dancers Inc. - will showcase some of the UK's best dance acts. It will take place every Sunday with tickets available now for a limited six-week run from May 6 to June 10.
Twenty specially handpicked performers from various talent shows including Britain's Got Talent, Got To Dance and So You Think You Can Dance will appear, as well as dancers who have been on tour with Take That, Cheryl Cole and The X Factor.
Tobias Mead (Britain's Got Talent), Charlie Bruce and Lizzie Gough (So You Think You Can Dance) and Aaron Renfree (We Will Rock You) are among the acts to star in the show.
Artistic director Chris Manoe said of the show: "I wanted to create a really innovative, cool edged and hard-hitting dance show. We have some incredible dancers here in the UK and I want Revolution to showcase the talent.
"We are also very excited to work with Kimberly Wyatt and Adam Garcia who are inspirational performers and a great addition to the team. The show will be perfect for any age, and it promises to be a really fun night out".
Wyatt and Garcia's Got To Dance was won by Prodijig earlier this month.
