The actor, who plays Walford's Tyler Moon, had been accused of breaking 21-year-old Hayden Deol's jaw and injuring his cousin Sab Deol during an altercation at a nightclub in May 2011.
However, This Is Local London reports that Judge Jeffrey Pegden has now thrown the case out of court.
The 23-year-old has therefore been acquitted of GBH and common assault.
In a statement released on Tuesday (August 15), Discipline commented: "I am glad this case has been resolved and am grateful that justice was served. I would like to thank the BBC and everybody at work for standing by me and everyone that has supported me from friends to family, most importantly my mum and dad.
"I also would like to thank my legal team Carina Tong and Mike Schwarz from Bindmans and the magnificent, articulate, larger than life barrister, Michael Wolkind. I am grateful that they enabled the truth to be told."
According to the Evening Standard, Discipline did not deny hitting Hayden Deol, but claimed that he was acting in self-defence as the alleged victims were "acting like thugs" and he was surrounded by a group of men.
Judge Pegden ordered the jury to return verdicts of not guilty after the Deol cousins gave conflicting accounts of the night in question.
He said: "I have a duty to consider whether this jury, given proper direction in law, could safely convict this defendant Mr Discipline on either charges that he faces. I have very carefully considered the evidence in this case and have heard detailed submissions from counsel.
"I have come to the conclusion that bearing in mind the markedly different accounts of these two young men that no jury could safely and properly be sure that the assault was unlawful in the sense that it was other than lawful and reasonable self-defence.
"For all those reasons I have come to the conclusion that it would be unsafe for this case to go further. I'm going to ask you to return a unanimous verdict of not guilty."
The soap star's trial began yesterday (August 13) and had been expected to last for four days.
Discipline joined EastEnders in spring 2011 but did not appear on screen until June, a month after the alleged nightclub incident.
