The actor will be filming with the show for two months in the role of a tough new deputy editor who joins the Erinsborough News team in an upcoming storyline.

Jeffery finished filming Underbelly: Badness last week and has now relocated from Sydney to Melbourne to take on his Neighbours part.
He told Channel 5: "The character is a mix of Peter Pan and Ernest Hemingway. Very different from the role I've just finished, which is great. I love the variety."
Jeffery added that the job is already reminding him of McLeod's Daughters due to the cold weather.
He joked: "First day on location I think it barely nudged six degrees, but at least I wasn't out in the open riding a horse all day. My character is more office-bound, thank God."
Neighbours fans in Australia will see Jeffery's first scenes in September. His debut episode will air on Channel 5 in the UK the following month.
