Later, Callum finds out and lashes out at Toadie for choosing work over him. Seeing Callum's distress, guilt-ridden Toadie asks Charlotte to reduce his workload, but she refuses. Unable to appease Callum, Toadie realises he's dug his own grave.
Meanwhile, not interested in talking about the break that he and Summer have taken, Andrew hides his concern from Paul. When Paul realises what's going on, he's unsure how to best support his son. Reluctantly asking Susan for advice, she suggests distraction is the best way to keep someone's mind off things. Heeding this advice, Paul successfully distracts Andrew with work, offering him a breather from his relationship concerns.
Elsewhere, seeking support, upset Summer confides in Susan, who insists on dragging her to book club as a distraction. When Summer realises that no-one has read the book, Susan worries her attempt has failed, only to then find a more fun way to take Summer's thoughts off Andrew.
