Samsung is thought to have offered a first glimpse at its Galaxy S3 smartphone at this year's Consumer Electronics Show (CES).
During the Korean tech giant's CES press conference, a promo video featured a brief shot of an unidentified handset being used to remotely control a Samsung camera.
The mysterious phone was slim with a curved back and wider screen-size size to the Samsung Galaxy S2. The platform holder did not make any reference to a new Galaxy device during its presentation.

Previous reports have speculated that the Samsung Galaxy S3 will feature a 1.8GHz processor, 2GB of RAM and a 720p display, while others have claimed it will be backed by 3D technology.
In an interview with CNET, Samsung VP of product innovation Kevin Packingham revealed that all of the company's handsets released in 2012 will include "all day battery" support.
"When you wake up to when you go to bed, we don't want you feeling anxiety about your battery life," he said.
Samsung is yet to officially announce the Samsung Galaxy S3.
