Well, if you want to know why you should be watching - or just want more information after the fun opener - then you're in luck! Digital Spy had the tough task of going to beautiful Malta to interview star Elliot Knight about the show...
Knight told Digital Spy that the new Sinbad is "young", "cheeky", "reckless", and "confident", adding: "He loves adventure and he's caring and loving and he seeks his destiny.
"It's all about his destiny - the entire series is driven by his search for atonement and purpose and wanting to put right things he thinks he's done wrong."
Knight, who revealed that Sinbad has a "Pirates of the Caribbean feel", promised some "dark, deep themes" for more mature viewers and "a lot of fun" for a younger audience.
He added that the action scenes are his favourite part of the show and also joked that he didn't think about his topless moments before he had to film them.
"Then it's kind of too late to worry about it!" he said. "In episode four, there's a lot of toplessness - just with me, for some reason. Just Sinbad decides to take his top off!
"In Malta, it's so hot you wouldn't believe. In the summer when we were filming it was sweltering - I was actually really glad to wear less clothing!"
Sinbad continues on Sundays at 7pm on Sky1. If you missed the first episode, it's repeated on Thursday at 8pm on Sky1.
