The N-Dubz star has apparently been approached by Sky to front the show, which will feature hip-hop talent competing for a record deal.
"A friend of Dappy's let slip he's been approached for a new reality TV show which will see rappers and R&B lyricists battle it out for a record contract," a source told the Daily Star.
"TV bigwigs think he will bring the same success that Tulisa has to The X Factor. A host of names are being thrown around as to who'll join Dappy on the panel.
"These will include Sugababe Amelle Berrabah, Amerie and the Grammy-winning US producer Rodney Jerkins [Darkchild]. Rodney has a host of huge names under his bow including Beyoncé, Lady GaGa, Jennifer Lopez and Kanye West."
Dappy recently revealed that his new single 'Rockstar' pays homage to Amy Winehouse.
