Lord Alan Sugar has picked a final four, but only one of Tom Gearing, Ricky Martin, Jade Nash and Nick Holzherr can go all the way and secure a £250,000 investment from the Amstrad mogul.
CV grillings and business plan interviews await the four in Sunday's final when Lord Sugar's fierce friends Claude Littner, Mike Soutar, Matthew Riley and eye-rolling expert Margaret Mountford will be allowed to attack and open fire on the unsuspecting candidates.
But who do you think deserves to make it through the interviews and go into business with Shugs? Who has soared through the tasks, while others have hidden in the background? Who are the cautious Carols that deserve the chop? And who are the bold innovators who deserve a chance?
The Apprentice final airs on BBC One on Sunday, June 3 at 8.30pm. The spinoff show You're Hired follows at 9.30pm.
