The Only Way Is Essex's Debbie Bright has warned James Argent away from her daughter Lydia.
In this weekend's TOWIE instalment, Debbie will be shown telling Arg to "man up" when he comes face-to-face with his on-off lover's mother.

"Listen, I'm gonna say this one more time. Lydia doesn't want a boyfriend. She wants to be on her own," says Debbie.
"You're persecuting yourself. If she goes out and talks to somebody, you wanna know who she's talking to. If she goes out and talks to a boy, you're automatically thinking there's something going on. That isn't letting her go, is it?"
"You've got to really man up! Man up! What have I said to you? Stand up, brush yourself down and walk on! Walk on!

"Because you ain't the first bloke to be heartbroken, James. And listen to me, you won't be the last!"
Elsewhere, Lauren Goodger will be shown dealing with the firebombing of her salon and the rekindling of Mario Falcone and Lucy Mecklenburgh's romance.

Falcone continues to make up for his sexting and posting nude pictures to other girls by buying his partner a new puppy.
"He's so much prettier than Elvis. I can't wait to show him to the girls," says Mecklenburgh. "God, Mario. One surprise after the next. What's gonna be next?"
TOWIE continues on Sunday at 10pm on ITV2.
