Earlier this week, Anton overheard from his crypt Harry and Aaron Allard-Morgan discussing a number of housemates.
Speaking to her in the bathroom, Anton recalled Harry's claims that Jem cooks only to keep her safe from eviction.
Afterwards, an annoyed Jem told Faye Palmer: "[Aaron] doesn't step up to the plate to go, 'That's my girlfriend's sister, that's not very nice'."
Faye confronted boyfriend Aaron over the situation later, but he denied any wrongdoing and insisted that he is still "slowly getting to know" Jem.
Big Brother continues tonight at 10pm on Channel 5.
