Geordie Shore's Gaz Beadle struggles to cope following Charlotte's departure in tonight's episode.
Sophie Kasaei comforts Gaz in the kitchen after he spends a night alone in his ex-girlfriend's bed.
Meanwhile, Holly continues her attempts to woo James as the pair hit the gym:
With James intoxicated, Holly eventually gets her wish, but instantly regrets their bedroom activities the morning after.
"You always want what you can't have and when you get it, it's not always what you expected," Holly says
An embarrassed James reflects: "'There's only so much you can take before giving in when you're absolutely mortal. I can't believe what I've done…oh my God."
Elsewhere this evening, Gaz fumes about not having "had a bang in a while", revealing that he will try to coax Charlotte back.
Geordie Shore airs at 10pm on MTV.
