Late Night will be airing live for four nights in Indianapolis where the Super Bowl match-up between the New England Patriots and New York Giants will take place.
Lautner and stars Tracy Morgan, Adam Levine and Snoop Dogg will make their appearances on February 1-3 with musical guests All-American Rejects, Nas and Fitz and The Tantrums.
Football players Tim Tebow, Drew Brees, Deion Sanders and Michael Strahan along with sportscaster Bob Costas and NBA star Shaquille O'Neal are also part of the guest lineup.
