Boris Johnson appeared on David Letterman's chatshow in the US last night (June 6).
The Mayor of London joined the Late Show host to talk about the city's upcoming and recent events.
During the interview, Letterman poked fun at Johnson's hairstyle, asking the mayor if he cut it himself.
Johnson replied: "That's a low blow. I was beginning to think I had got through this pretty unscathed."
When asked if he could be prime minister in the future, the 47-year-old said: "I think that is vanishing. I have about as much chance as being reincarnated as an olive."
Referring to him being born in New York, he added: "I suppose I could, but I could be president of the United States, technically speaking."
When Letterman joked that his hair might be holding him back, Johnson replied: "Until you mentioned it tonight, I'd never regarded it as a drawback."
