DirecTV has unveiled a first look clip from the next season of Damages.
The legal drama - starring Glenn Close and Rose Byrne - will conclude after a fifth and final season, which debuts on July 11.
In the new 90-second clip, Ellen (Byrne) is seen confronting her former mentor and rival Patty (Close), who tells her: "You hate me? You want to end this once and for all? Now's your f**king chance."
Ryan Phillippe (The Lincoln Lawyer), Jenna Elfman (Dharma & Greg), John Hannah (Spartacus) and Victor Garber (Alias) will all appear in the new season.
Damages co-creator Glenn Kessler previously revealed that he knows how the Emmy-winning series will conclude.
"We always envisioned the series as being an exploration of that [Ellen / Patty] relationship, and we have a sense of what the endpoint of that relationship would be," he explained.
Damages returns to DirecTV's Audience Network on July 11 at 9/8c. The show does not currently have a UK broadcaster.
