The Voice contestant Jordan Rager has said that he is looking forward to working with coach Blake Shelton.
Viewers saw a short snippet of Rager's blind audition performance on Monday night (February 20) when he performed 'Chicken Fried' by the Zac Brown Band and earned the support of Shelton.

Shelton said: "This is by far my favourite thing that has happened on this show. You're a real, genuine country singer and I'm the only one here that gets you!"
Speaking to social media correspondent Christina Milian backstage about what he hopes to get from working with Shelton, Rager said: "Learn to be a better artist. You can always strive to be better and there is nobody better to work with than Blake Shelton in country music."

Rager added that he hadn't been too nervous performing in front of Shelton, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine and Christina Aguilera because he had been more interested in putting on a good show.
"I was more concentrated with getting the notes right and putting on a good show and then about half way through, five seconds before Blake turned around, I was like, 'Oh right, you have to turn around real quick so I can get on a team!' It was a lot of fun."
The Voice airs Mondays at 8/7c on NBC
