Gruffudd, who plays Andrew, told E! Online that fans will actually start to learn more about the people on the show.
"I can't imagine there will be anybody disappearing at the moment," he said.
"We'll be discovering a lot of new things about other characters that were led down a certain path and we weren't sure what was going to happen."
Gruffudd also suggested that it is "inevitable" that Siobhan (Sarah Michelle Gellar) will return to the show soon.
He added: "If you keep watching, there will be something juicy in the next couple of weeks."
Misha Collins recently signed up for a guest role in Ringer, which airs on Tuesdays at 9/8c on The CW.
