The 43-year-old will make a guest appearance in the Fox drama's second season, TVLine reports.
Her character Rosemary Mathis is an architect who has special skills like Jake (David Mazouz), son of Kiefer Sutherland's Martin Bohm.
Mathis meets priest-turned-killer Guillermo (Said Taghmaoui) in Barcelona and forms a connection with him as she prepares to unveil a cathedral she designed.
Israeli actress Zurer recently appeared in an episode of NBC's axed drama Awake and will play Superman's mother Lara Lor-Van in forthcoming movie Man of Steel.
Other stars signed up for roles on Touch season two include Lukas Haas (Inception), Adam Campbell (Harper's Island), Ray Santiago (Raising Hope), Saxon Sharbino (I Spit on Your Grave) and Greg Ellis (Pirates of the Caribbean).
The series returns to Fox, in a new Friday timeslot, on October 26 at 8/7c. Sky1 is also expected to air the new season from October in the UK.
